Pursuant to Article 25 Section 1 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Personal Data Protection Act (consolidated text published in the Journal of Laws, 2015, item 2135 and its subsequent amendments) on behalf of the company Confronter Sp. z o.o. I inform you, that:

1. The controller of your personal data is CONFRONTER Sp. z o.o. [Ltd./LLC] with its head office in Poland, Gliwice 44-100, 10 Dunikowskiego Street, hereinafter referred to as the Company.
2. Your personal data will be processed with the objective of marketing of products and services of the Company. Personal data will be made available to business partners.

The source of your personal data obtained by the Company is a completed online form on the address: http://confronter.eu and related subpages, owned by CONFRONTER Sp. z o.o. with its head office in Poland, Gliwice 44-100, 10 Dunikowskiego Street, that has a Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7010489213 and National Business Registry Number (REGON) 36172443900000, entered into the Register of Enterpreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the National Court Register (KRS) reference 0000562090.
4. Pursuant to Article 32 Section 1 Clause 7 of the Act you have a right to make a written, justified request of ceasing to process your personal data, as well as – pursuant to Article 32 Section 1 Clause 8 of the Act, you have a right to raise objections against processing your data for marketing purposes or against delivering it to other data controller. For this purpose, please send an e-mail to: contact@confronter.eu. The e-mail should include the following information: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address (if is owned). The execution time is 2 working days. Attention! Sending a request with incomplete data may significantly extend or preclude an examination of a request of ceasing to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
